Congratulations to Fan Zhongxin on his paper regarding observer-based fault detection for switched systems with all unstable subsystems has been accepted by Journal of Control and Decision which is an EI journal. This is his first accepted EI paper, heretofore, he has pulished 3 SCI papers.
