苏庆宇，男，1982年5月生于辽宁省沈阳市，博士，教授，吉林省第八批拔尖创新人才，东电学者第三层次人才，优秀青年骨干教师，IEEE/PES Member，中国自动化学会能源互联网专委会委员，中国自动化学会可信控制系统专委会委员，中国指挥与控制学会智能控制与系统专委会委员。2013年4月于东北大学控制理论与控制工程专业取得博士学位，2013年4月加入东北电力大学自动化工程学院。长期从事切换系统与混杂控制理论及其在电力系统中的应用等方面的研究，在切换系统的稳定性、镇定、抗扰动性及暂态性能的分析与设计，电力系统的非线性控制等方面取得了较为丰富的研究成果。2015年10月至2016年10月，作为公派访问学者赴英国朴茨茅斯大学（University of Portsmouth），在ISR开展研究工作，与IEEE Fellow、欧洲科学院院士Liu Honghai教授进行了深入地合作研究。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在《IEEE Transactions on Power Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Reliability》\《Control Engineering Practice》、《自动化学报（英文版）》等期刊和会议上发表/录用多篇学术论文，其中SCI检索论文62篇，EI检索论文24篇。同时作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金1项，吉林省科技厅基金2项，吉林省教育厅基金2项。2017年获吉林省自然科学二等奖1项（排名第4），2019年获吉林省自然科学三等奖1项（排名第1）。
