祝贺CSCT成员范忠鑫的论文被Journal of the Franklin Institute录用

祝贺2017级CSCT成员范忠鑫的一篇有关CPS攻击检测与安全状态估计的论文被Journal of the Franklin Institute录用。这是范忠鑫（现为东南大学Ph.D Candidate）在CSCT工作期间发表的第6篇SCI期刊论文。

Congratulations to Fan Zhongxin on his paper regarding attack detection and secure state estimation for cyber-physical systems with finite-frequency observers has been accepted by Journal of the Franklin Institute which is an CAS1 SCI journal. This is Fan’s 6th accetped SCI paper.
