祝贺CSCT成员李益强的论文被Journal of the Franklin Institute录用

祝贺2020级CSCT成员李益强的一篇基于改进Q-学习算法的信息物理电力系统顺序恢复的论文被Journal of the Franklin Institute录用。这是李益强在CSCT工作期间发表的第1篇SCI期刊论文。

Congratulations to Li Yiqiang on his paper regarding sequential recovery of cyber-physical power systems based on improved Q-learning has been accepted by Journal of the Franklin Institute which is a CAS2 SCI journal. This is his first accepted SCI paper in period of working in CSCT.
