祝贺PECT成员权婉珍被火箭军工程大学录取攻读博士学位！

祝贺PECT2015级硕士研究生权婉珍经过层层筛选，被火箭军工程大学录取，加入杨小刚教授团队攻读博士学位！权婉珍于2015年9月至2018年6月在东北电力大学自动化工程学院攻读硕士学位，在PECT工作期间主要从事电力系统非线性控制方面的研究，共完成SCI检索4篇，其中已发表3篇，在审1篇，并于2017年荣获国家奖学金。

Congratulations to Wanzhen Quan on her success applying for Rocket Force University of Engineering as a Ph.D. Candidate. From Sempter, 2015 to June, 2018, Quan was at School of Automation Engineering, Northeast Electric Power University. During working in PECT, she completed 4 SCI papers and winned the National Scholarship in 2017.
