祝贺2017级CSCT成员范忠鑫的一篇基于ADT方法的故障检测滤波器设计的论文被International Journal of Control, Automation and Systems录用，这是他发表的第2篇SCI检索期刊论文。

Congratulations to Fan Zhongxin on his paper with regards to fault detection filter design based on ADT method has been accepted by International Journal of Control, Automation & Systems, which is a CAS3 SCI journal. This is his second accepted SCI paper.
