祝贺CSCT成员范忠鑫的论文被Information Sciences录用

祝贺2017级CSCT成员范忠鑫的一篇基于区间观测器的具有非稳定子系统的切换系统故障检测方法研究的论文被Information Sciences录用（中科院1区TOP期刊）。这是他在CSCT工作期间发表的第4篇SCI期刊论文。

Congratulations to Fan Zhongxin on his paper regarding interval observer-based fault detection for switched systems with all unstable subsystems has been accepted by Information Sciences which is an CAS1 TOP journal. This is his 4th accepted SCI paper, heretofore, he has pulished 3 SCI papers and 2 EI papers.
