Congratulations to Ph.D. Candidate Cai Cong on his paper entitled cloud-based optimization and defense in active distribution networks under compound attacks has been accepted by IEEE Internet of Things Journal which is a CAS Tier double-1 SCI TOP journal. This is his seventh accepted SCI paper in period of working in CSCT.
