沈学强,男,1981年9月生于吉林省吉林市,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,智能发电控制与优化研究所副所长。2014年4月于华北电力大学控制科学与工程专业取得博士学位并加入东北电力大学自动化工程学院。长期从事工业控制系统的开发与应用,火电厂热工过程控制及安全评估与风险防护等方面的研究,在工控网络信息安全,人工智能及大数据分析等方面取得了较为丰富的研究成果。2015年10月至2016年10月,作为公派访问学者赴英国朴茨茅斯大学(University of Portsmouth),在Intelligent Systems & Biomedical Robotics Group (ISR)开展研究工作,与ISR中心主任、IEEE Fellow刘洪海教授进行了深入地合作研究。以第一作者/通讯作者身份在《International Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems》、《IEEE Aerospace & Electronic Systems Magazine》、《IET Control Theory and Applications》等期刊和会议上发表多篇SCI论文。作为主要参与人参与了多项国家自然科学基金及省部级基金的研究,主持多项校企联合课题,具备扎实的理论研究基础和丰富的工程实践经验。
