祝贺CSCT成员张盼盼的论文被Energies录用！

祝贺2017级CSCT成员张盼盼的一篇基于分布式吸收和半区搜索方法的智能电网经济调度方面的论文被Energies录用。这是他发表的第1篇SCI期刊论文。

Congratulations to Zhang Panpan on his paper regards with distributed absorption and half-search approach for economic dispatch problem in smart grids has been published by Energies, which is a CAS3 SCI journal. This is his first SCI paper.
